'Oplan Huli Days' nets P3-M shabu in Dumaguete

Nearly PHP3 million in suspected shabu was confiscated in separate operations here under the Philippine National Police's (PNP) 'Oplan Huli Days'.

Lt. Col. Joeson Parallag, Dumaguete police chief, told the Philippine News Agency on Monday that the shabu, with a total weight of 439.302 grams, was seized from Oct. 26-31.

The total aggregate value of the confiscated drugs was estimated at over PHP2.99 million, Parallag said, adding that three persons were arrested in the operations. They were identified as Froctoso Fabillan Flores, Christian Merced Lumaya and Marcelo Rayoso Amantillo.
